We have scoured the internet for the very best free open source Joomla templates (a template is a 'theme' that defines the look-and-feel of your Joomla website), and are happy to offer these for download.
All of the templates on this page are published under the GNU/GPL license which means they are free to use and free to distribute. The templates can be modified to incorporate your own logo, images, etc., however, please note that some of these templates do impose certain conditions (such as keeping a link to the designer's site - check the copyright notice in the template's templateDetails.xml file).
The following are just a small selection of the many free templates available for Joomla. Various template designers offer free templates which are not released under the GNU/GPL license - which means we are not allowed to redistribute them - you have to get them from the designer (but they are still free).
